How many profiles can I load per subscription?

You can only load 1 child's profile per subscription. This is because the baseline test makes that the learning experience is unique to each child's needs and therefore is only suited to that child. 

How long does it take to get my profile details? 

We handcraft each child's profile based on the needs they have. It is not an automatic process and so can take up to 24 hours to be created. 

How do I login?

You will receive an email from Anja containing your very own personalized UP.ED login details. This email will send a personalized link and include your profile name to login. 

Can you download the App? I can't find the app on the App Store.

UP.Ed Learn App is an app that can be used on any web browser. It is a web based app and cannot be downloaded from the App or Google Play store. 

How do I track my child's progress?  

A parent will not be able to track a child's progress but you can contact Anja and she will be able to assist with it. 

Does the App pick up my child's level, as they are behind?

Yes, this is the main purpose of our App, it gives baseline tests and it finds out where your child's level is, and bridges the gap from there.

What does the Up-Ed subscription package entail?

At Up-Ed, we offer a comprehensive subscription package for R189,00 per month. With our app, your child can have daily access to resources and materials specifically designed to improve their Afrikaans skills.

Can I upgrade/downgrade anytime? 

If the grade you purchased proves to be too challenging, worry not. Simply reach out to us, and we'll seamlessly transition you to a more comfortable grade within the app at no extra cost. Your learning experience is our priority, and we're here to ensure it aligns perfectly with your proficiency and comfort level.

We haven't used this App/ only used the App twice, why are you charging us?

UP.Ed Learn App does not notify us when or if your child is using the App, we are prohibited from seeing the activity on the user's end. The parent or legal guardian would have to keep track to see if the child is using the app or not. You can then notify us if you are unsatisfied with the App, and are wanting to cancel.
